Track Workout This Evening

(Kezar Stadium. San Francisco, CA)

Warm up: 1 to 2 miles (as I feel)

Main Set: lots of 200’s, 400’s, pain & suffering

Cool down: 1 to 2 miles easy

UPDATE (8:36PM 07/24/2012):

Grrr… I’m super frustrated at the moment. I tweaked my left calf doing the interval work tonight. I was on the second of six sets of 2 x 200 & 1 x 400 at 5K pace (w/ full recovery between each). Not sure what happened—but all of a sudden my left calf just started hurting. So I stopped running and walked home from Kezar. Listening to my body…making Coach Rachel happy.
