(Baker Beach sunset)

Warm Up:

  • 10 min easy run

Main Set: 

  • 10 min of drills (Round-the-clock lunges, Cross overs, Skipping, Ham-Kick, High-Knee)
  • 5 x 2 min @ Z3/4 with 1.5 min Z1 easy between
  • 10 min Z2 
  • 2 x 4 min Z4 with 3 min rest between

Cool down: 

  • 10/15 min
